Drag commits directly from your activity feed

The activity sidebar shows your GitHub commits in real time. See a commit that represents a new feature or bug fix? Drag it onto the canvas to instantly create a node with the commit message, author, and SHA pre-filled.

This drag-and-drop workflow is what makes Kojit unique. There's no manual data entry, no copy-pasting between tools. Your code activity flows directly into your visual roadmap.

Sections, sticky notes, and text blocks

Organize your canvas with visual containers:

• Sections group related nodes together — perfect for epics, sprints, or workstreams. Sections can be collapsed, colored, and titled. • Sticky notes add quick thoughts and reminders, just like physical post-its. • Text blocks provide longer descriptions and context right on the canvas.

Nodes inside a section move together when you drag the section, keeping your layout organized as your project evolves.

Dependencies and workflows

Connect nodes with dependency arrows to visualize what blocks what. Kojit automatically tracks dependency status — if a blocking node isn't marked as done, the dependent node shows a warning.

This visual dependency mapping helps teams identify bottlenecks at a glance and plan work in the right order. Combined with the Kanban and Timeline views, you always know what's ready to start.

Let AI organize your canvas intelligently. Kojit offers multiple layout options:

Real-time collaboration with live cursors

Your entire team can work on the canvas simultaneously. See teammates' cursors in real time, with presence indicators showing who's online. Add Figma-style comments anywhere on the canvas to discuss specific nodes or areas.

The canvas supports approval workflows — team members can approve or reject nodes, with status tracked visually. Combined with role-based permissions (viewer, editor, admin), the canvas becomes a shared decision-making space.
